Meet Chef Órfhlaith Noone
Órfhlaith is committed to using high-quality ingredients and promoting a sustainable, plant-based lifestyle which aligns perfectly with the values of The Original Black Garlic.
After training at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland Órfhlaith worked as a baker and chef in different guises, and has developed recipes for brands and platforms including Deliciously Ella and The Doctor’s Kitchen. A qualified nutrition coach, she specialises in nourishing comfort food.
Órfhlaith’s enthusiasm for our Black Garlic products is infectious. She appreciates the unique and intense flavours that Black Garlic brings to a dish. This collaboration is a testament to her belief in the exceptional taste and culinary potential of Black Garlic, particularly during the autumnal and winter seasons, as the rich, complex flavours of Black Garlic perfectly complement the hearty, comforting dishes that are a staple during the colder months.
