Fine dining at its very best!


The OBG team had an amazing day at the recent London Social Kitchen event, sharing a unique behind the scenes look at the world of talented Chefs; Daniel Britton, James Peck, Jay Copeland, Ben Davis, Kenny Markham, Steve Thompson and Pascal Dalpra.


The dishes they created exceeded their 'fine dining at its very best' tag and all our expectations of how to use our Original Black Garlic at the highest level.

Black Garlic tart, potato terrine, honey truffle, and bean blossom by James Peck.

Agaricus kimchi hash brown, rosehip, fermented tomato with Original Black Garlic by Steve Thompson.


Roasted and smoked autumn vegetables, celeriac purée, Hogweed granola and Original Black Garlic ketchup by Daniel Britten.


Pork and gin Rillettes, with crispy chard, puffed quinoa and Original Black Garlic ketchup by Daniel Britten.


All created with produce from Fairfax London, Koppertcress, Ibéricos COVAP, Vichy Catalan and of course our Original Black Garlic. Beautifully presented on the tableware of Rak and set in the fabulous surroundings of the Lockhart Innovation Centre.
