We have a limited run of mini Black Garlic Sea Salt pots that combine the distinctive crunch of Halen Môn Sea Salt with the sweet, umami notes of aged black garlic.

This special salt comes in our brand new refillable green ceramic jar, while stocks last. These little jars are both beautiful and useful like the all the good things in life. Each jar is 6cm high and comes with a wooden spoon. 15g.

Easily adds flavour to:

  • perfectly ripe summer tomatoes, sliced and dressed in very good olive oil

  • hardy roasted vegetables like carrots, parsnips, cauliflower and squash

  • sizzled buttery spring onions or shallots, drizzled over steak or fish before serving

  • Wild mushrooms stirred through pasta

  • aubergine parmigiana or pasta alla norma

  • homemade gravy and a veggie wellington or roast

  • a quick homemade vinaigrette
