Introducing our food partner - The Hawkshead Relish Company.

The Hawkshead Relish are a multi award winning artisan food producer from the Lake District Town of Hawkshead.

The now have a range of over 100 relishes and preserves. All their products are still made by hand using traditional open pans and are free from nuts, gluten, additives and preservatives as well as all being suitable for vegetarians and most are vegan friendly.

They only use quality ingredients to enhance the flavour of their products, so you can really taste the difference. We’re proud that our Original Black Garlic is in their award winning Black Garlic Ketchup and Pickle.

Nigel Barden TV and Radio Chef is a huge fan, featuring it on the BBC Radio 2 Drivetime show he said "A little goes a long way and rarely have I seen the Radio 2 Drivetime team silenced by a condiment!"
