lamb roast

Slow cooked Black garlic lamb with vegetables of the season & black garlic cloves. enjoyed with the perfect mushroom & black garlic sauce

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Lamb roast

  • 2 kg mixed vegetables, fx. green beans, carrots, potatoes, beetroot - all chopped

  • Olive oil, salt & pepper

  • Rosemary

  • Handful of Original Black Garlic cloves

  • 4 tbs Original Black Garlic paste

Sauce:

  • 50 g. mushrooms

  • 1/3 l. cream 

  • 2 tbs Original Black Garlic paste

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 tbs Sweet soy 

 

Preheat your oven to 160 C.

 

Turn your vegetables in olive oil with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan with your Black Garlic cloves.

With a sharp knife cut small holes in your lamb roast and place bouquets of rosemary in the holes. Cover the roast in Original Black Garlic paste and season with salt and pepper. 

​

Place your roast on the bed of vegetables and put in the oven for 4 hours. 

​

Sauce: Sauté the mushrooms in some Olive oil in a pot. Add salt and stir. Put a lit on the pot and keep an eye on the mushrooms until the water has dissolved. 

​

Add cream, sweet soy, and Original Blck Garlic paste and stir. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy.
