Tomato, Bacon & Original Black Garlic Spaghetti
With rich silky flavours, perfect with a bold glass of red.
4 large tomatoes
6 cloves Original Black Garlic
3 tbsp. of Original Black Garlic Paste
1 large onion
15 rashers smoked streaky bacon
2 dry chillies
1 tin chopped tomatoes

Slice the onion
Slice the bacon into approx 1-2cm pieces in size
Place your quartered tomatoes and Original Black Garlic whole cloves into a blender & blitz until a liquid is formed.
Fry the bacon in shallow oil until it’s crispy then remove and put aside in a paper napkin to absorb any excess fat and keep the bacon crispy.
Fry the onions and the dried chillies together in a pan.
(You’ll be making your sauce and adding your pasta to this pan so make sure it can hold all your ingredients)
Add the blitzed liquid and the tinned tomatoes and stir thoroughly.
Add the crispy bacon and stir.
Stir in the Original Black Garlic paste along with
Salt and Pepper to personal taste.
Bring to the boil to reduce. Gently stirring occasionally.
Add your pasta, give it a gentle toss and serve.
