Black Garlic tandoori
For the spice mix you will need:
2 tablespoons of Original Black Garlic paste
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
A quick massage of beautiful olive oil over aubergine slices cut to about 1cm think then place them on a baking tray.
Then brush the paste onto the slices and bake at 150 fan for an hour.
Served on top of coconut yogurt.
Lots of crunchy sesame seeds, sweet pomegranates and fresh coriander too! A drizzle of olive oil over everything too!
