a Garlic Breadcrumb Crust

"I rarely cook straight from a recipe and I couldn't help tinkering with this one either.

 

Added in a couple of teaspoons of Original Black Garlic paste with the chopped tomatoes to give the sauce a bit more depth, some red and orange bell peppers and added some garlic granules to the already garlicky crust.

Butterbeans, sasuages, a rich tomato sauce and a garlicky crust."
