Black Garlic adds an amazing umami facet to the overall flavour of this beautiful green smoothie. Healthy, tasty and with an addition of antioxidants. Start your day with this health kick or grab it as a quick, easy lunch. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 kale leaves, including stems

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 red grapefruit, juice only (about 1.5 cups)

  • 1 green apple, skin on, core removed

  • 1.5 – 2 cups mineral water

  • 2 Original Black Garlic cloves

Place all ingredients in a blender and process to desired smoothness.
