black garlic bolognese
Savoury al dente spaghetti with a powerful bolognese cooked with black garlic for extra sweetness and flavour.
Ingredients

100 g Spaghetti

2 cans of peeled tomatoes

1 can of tomato puree

tsp suger
-
300 g of minced beef
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
1/2 black garlic
-
1 onion, chopped
Slice the onion and stir in saucepan with olive oil until brown and soft.
Add the meat and your Black Garlic. Turn your stove to medium heat and stir until the meat is coloured throughout and your garlic is dissolved
Add peeled tomatoes and tomato puree. Season and add suger and let it shimmer for a while.
Tip: Suger will enhance the flavour of your tomatoes even more.

Boil your spaghetti, season your dish and serve.
