Houmus, Coriander, Cumin and Black Garlic Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pot of ready made plain Houmous
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of peeled black garlic chopped
- Half a teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 large tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
Place all the ingredients with the exception of the chopped fresh coriander, into a food processor. Process until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Stir in the chopped fresh coriander.
Serve with pita bread, grissini, savoury biscuits or crudités - for dipping.Garnish with fresh chopped mint (optional).
