Blue Cheese and Black Garlic Dip
Ingredients
- 100g blue cheese
- 150 ml soured cream
- 2 cloves of peeled black garlic
- A drop of port (optional)
- Salt and black pepper
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients with the exception of the cayenne pepper into a food processor. Process until smooth.
Season to taste with the cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
