Avocado and Black Garlic Salsa Dip
Ingredients
- 2 tubs of shop bought guacamole
- 3 – 4 cloves of peeled black garlic – very finely chopped
- 100g sun blush tomatoes (chopped) or half a jar of antipasti tomatoes, drained and chopped
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste.
