Avocado and Black Garlic Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tubs of shop bought guacamole
  • 3 – 4 cloves of peeled black garlic  – very finely chopped 
  • 100g sun blush tomatoes (chopped) or half a jar of antipasti tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.  Season to taste.
